ADU Celebration Happy Hour
Strong Towns Chicago
Come celebrate the passage of Chicago's ADU Ordinance with Strong Towns Chicago, Abundant Housing Illinois, and Alderman Bennett Lawson. Chicago passed an ADU Ordinance on September 25 legalizing attic/basement apartments and coach houses citywide in business, commercial, and multifamily zones and by ward opt-in in single-family zones. Join Strong Towns Chicago, Abundant Housing Illinois, and ordinance sponsor Alderman Bennett Lawson at Southport Betty's to celebrate this important step in bringing more homes to Chicago.
