[American River Parkway Foundation] Great American River Clean-Up

The Great American River Clean-Up (GARCU) is American River Parkway Foundation’s largest annual volunteer event and is held on California Coastal Cleanup Day in concert with the California Coastal Commission. These events go beyond just picking up trash! We’re rolling up our sleeves to pull invasive plants, repaint picnic tables, remove unsightly graffiti, pick up trash and complete beautification projects that truly conserve the Parkway for everyone to enjoy. 20+ Locations across the Parkway between Discovery Park and Nimbus Dam!
