Join CONECT, Neighbors for Housing Southern Connecticut, and Pro-Homes Connecticut for a Transit-Oriented Communities Walk Audit in Hamden. Together, we'll walk through the State Street and Sebec Street area to explore how housing, transportation, and zoning shape our neighborhoods. Participants will have the opportunity to observe the built environment, discuss how current policies affect housing opportunities, and imagine how thoughtful zoning reforms could help create more walkable, inclusive communities. No prior knowledge of housing policy or planning is required. Whether you're a longtime advocate, a concerned resident, or simply curious about how your neighborhood works, all are welcome.
